Past challenges in the unique aspects of structural steel weld elements have been revolutionized by robotic assembling and welding technology. Robotic welding is now sparking a revolution in the structural steel fabrication industry.

Born in Vienna, made his doctorate in economical science and gathered profound experience with Energy Generation, Water Treatment and Thermal Façade Insulation Technologies.
Since 2005 active as Managing and Sales Director at Zeman Bauelemente - Mechanical Engineering for Structural Steel Fabrication.
A part of Zeman Group, a high-class steel building company with 50 years’ experience, Zeman Machinery knows the needs of steel builders and provide solutions for the most important steps of structural steel fabrication
Steve Grandfield, Executive Vice President - Prospect Steel, A Division of Lexicon
Originally from Australia, graduated with honors from the University of Tasmania with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1995 and moved to the United States in 2003 where he began working for Prospect Steel. Steve is the Executive Vice President at Prospect Steel, a division of Lexicon Inc. and oversees all aspects of steel fabrication and erection for the company. Prospect Steel is one of the largest, most sophisticated and progressive structural steel fabrication and erection contractors in the country over the past 30 years.
