Please join our discussion on workforce development. Learn how High Steel leaned into their community and their employees by establishing High Steel University. Hear about the tipping point to starting the in-house school, the process of establishing the program and its contents, and the results High Steel has seen from their commitment. The American Institute of Steel Construction will also present on their marketing and workforce development initiatives including training and recruitment materials produced by them for AISC members. We will conclude with a table by table discussion on in-house recruitment and training and share practices discussed with the group.

- There is an additional Annual fee to participate in the Peer Group. Unless you have paid this fee, please do not sign up for this portion of the meeting. Committed participants will receive a separate agenda and communication regarding the Peer Group session within the next week or so.
- Committed companies can bring up to 2 participants
- Lunch will be provided.

CFA has arranged for a room block at the Palm Beach Marriott Resort. Please make your reservations for the entire event by registering with CFA.
At this time as of 12-28-23 there are only Double room suites available. The rate for these are $638 per night. The rooms share a living room and kitchenette and have separate bedrooms so you may consider rooming with others. See description of rooms here.
